What is Google Drive?
Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service. It allows users to store files in the cloud, share files, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with collaborators. Students and teachers have unlimited storage for their school accounts.

What kind of files can be stored in Google Drive?
All Google apps, such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides, are stored in your Google Drive.  You can also upload Microsoft Office files, PDF's, movies, pictures, etc.

How can I organize My Drive?
You can organize your files in Drive much like you can on a computer.  You can have folders with files, or even add folders inside of folders.  You can search drive by keyword, type, date modified, owner, etc.

Can I share files in My Drive?
Absolutely!  You can give the users you share with edit or view rights to files.  You can even transfer ownership of the file if needed.  If you are going to share a lot of files with someone or a group of people, it is better to add the files to a folder and set the sharing rights on the folder.  All of the files will have the same rights as the folder.

Can I use My Drive on my Chromebook?
Chromebooks are made for Google Drive.  All of your files will automatically save to Google Drive when you are working on your Chromebook.
